2.1 Acceptance of terms

By accessing or placing an order on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

2.2 Products

We make reasonable efforts to display our products (including colors and sizing) as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing batches. Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.

2.3 Orders and payment

  • Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout based on your location, and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability — in which case you will be refunded in full.

2.4 Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days.
  • Estimated shipping and delivery time is 6 to 8 business days after processing, depending on destination.
  • Customers in Latin America may experience slightly longer delivery times due to customs processing.
  • All shipping is free and insured; if your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, or events outside our control.

2.5 Returns, exchanges & cancellations

  • If you need to change your size or color, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at PetFurlyn1@protonmail.com — we can make changes only before the order ships.
  • We offer a 30-day warranty on all orders, counted from the delivery date. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, contact us within this 30-day period at PetFurlyn1@protonmail.com and we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, subject to the terms in this section.
  • To be eligible under this warranty, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and reported with a description and/or photo of the issue.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected (if a return is required), minus any original shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error.
  • Custom, final-sale, or clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective.

2.6 Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of PetFurlyn or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

2.7 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetFurlyn is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which PetFurlyn is registered and operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in this section limits any consumer-protection rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your own country of residence.
